New to Photo Nerd Photography!

Are you, or someone you know planning a wedding?

A part of the planning process that can be both fun and stressful is creating wedding registries. Most couples today have already been living together before marriage, and may already have the plates, tea towels, and linens they need or want.

Additionally, guests often want to give a gift that is meaningful to the couple, and that could be something they could cherish for the rest of their lives.

Weddings can be very expensive, and as much as you try to cut back on costs, there are some things you can't do without - like your wedding photography. So why not create a wedding photography registry?

Your wedding photography registry allows your guests to help you cover the costs of your wedding photography, and can go towards whatever you want with your Photo Nerd products and services. Here are some examples of "items" that could be on your registry:

-$100 Wedding Photography Credit

-$50 Photo Booth Credit

- (1) - 8" x 10" Hard Cover Photo Book (with 20 pages)

-$25 Credit towards photo book

-$25 Print Credit

We can set up your registry items however you want, giving all of your guests options that fit their price range. Credits can be set up for purchase in whatever increments you want. (ex: $5, $10, $25, $50, $100...)

All credits purchased through your registry will be applied to your bill on the day of the wedding, and then you will be responsible for the remaining balance.

For Example:

-Your Package Costs $1000

-Your guests purchase $800 in photography credits

-You only owe the remaining $200 balance! Easy Peasy!

Your guests will only be able to purchase up to the amount of your total bill, so if the entire cost is covered by your guests no more credits will be available for purchase. This is where you can choose to add extras such as credits towards purchasing prints and/or photo book(s).

We are still working on this new feature, but the plan is to create a specific web address you can share with your guests where they can view and purchase credits for your registry account.
